We're relaxed here at Bruntsfield Sports. If you received your order and the size isn't right or you've changed your mind then chances are we can organise a refund or an exchange. All refunds or exchanges must be for unused items.
We're happy to offer refunds on returns within 30 days of you receiving the order. We want you to be happy and will go out of our way to make this happen! If you have any questions at all about the returns process just contact us.

Please return the item to the address below with a note of your name, order number and instructions on whether you would like a refund or a replacement. If you don't know your order number please contact us and we'll help.

Who covers the cost of returning an item?
You’re responsible for the cost of returning items to us, unless we've made a mistake with your order or an item is faulty. If you choose an exchange, we’ll be happy to cover the cost of shipping things back to you.
Something not right with your order?
We occasionally make mistakes when packing your order! If you think your item’s faulty or we've sent the wrong item, please get in touch and we’ll do everything we can to help. If we've made a mistake then, of course, we will cover the cost of return postage.
